My name’s Brett Gordon and I’m the CEO and founder of 2Choices Business Advisory.
The philosophy of the 2Choices name is premised on the simple theory that when it comes to GROWING, MANAGING and EXITING your business, you ultimately have 2Choices:

2. Get the help of a trusted Adviser, Coach and Mentor that can help you make more strategic growth and management decisions for your Business!
MY KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Having been involved in the business and financial worlds for the past 30 years, there’s not a lot I haven’t seen or experienced first hand in the worlds of business and finance.
I’ve been involved in various business partnerships, owned and operated multiple Tax & Accounting firms, Financial Planning businesses and Finance companies, Legal Practice joint ventures as well Retail businesses and Property Development Companies. I’ve bought and sold successful and not so successful businesses and negotiated and structured multiple joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions. I’ve employed and managed many people over the years and have built multiple business and workflow management systems. From a business perspective I’ve been very fortunate to have had a very diverse range of experiences.
Over these years the knowledge, skills and experience I’ve gained has enabled me to specialise in a diverse range of areas such as:

Within the financial world, I’ve experienced and lived through various economic events such as:
- The 1987 share market crash
- The 1994 Asian Crises
- The dot com boom and bust in the late 1990’s
- The year 2000 millennial bug where doomsayers thought the world was going to end and all computers would stop working because of the changeover to the new century
- The September 11 terrorist attack on the twin towers
- And the biggest one of them all, the Global Financial Crises (GFC) in 2008/2009 when the markets and economies crashed all over the world and the feeling was complete despair and that the world was literally going to end.
As a result of the various things I’ve experienced and more importantly the lessons I’ve learned, I’m extremely passionate and driven to help as many people as I possibly can, build their businesses and ultimately their personal lives as successfully as they possibly can. I want to help avoid the mistakes and pitfalls that undoubtedly occur in business and in life simply through the lack of planning, structure and the right support.
I believe it’s extremely valuable to benefit from someone else’s experience and to receive the benefit of hindsight… in advance!
